- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00244-11-T-.0115 this solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-48 and DFARS Change Notice 20110214. It is the contractor s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS Code is 333312 and the Small Business Standard is 500. The proposed contract is for a brand name or equal are as follows: Item 0001 Speed Queen Commercial Heavy Duty Frontload Washer, 34 EA Alliance Laundry System, Part No FTSAO-3000 or equal Proposing on: Manufacturer: Make/Model Number: Item 0002 12 High Pedestal 34 EA Model PDC112B Item 0003 Palletizing of Washers and Pedestals 1 LO Note: Indicate packing and crating method and breakdown for number of pedestals and washers per pallet. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a), the required justification or documentation is attached. Delivery will be 30 days ARO, FOB Destination to Port Hueneme, CA. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At a minimum, responsible sources shall provide the following: a price proposal on letterhead or a SF1449 which identifies the requested items, with their unit prices, extended prices, total price, prompt payment terms, Tax I.D. #, Duns #, and Cage Code. Responses to this solicitation are due by February 23, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. (local time).
