- THIS IS A SYNOPSIS IAW FAR PART 5.2 - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm fixed price IDIQ contract. The Regional Contracting Office Stuttgart, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (Europe) has a requirement for providing Custodial Services for at US Army Garrison Stuttgart. Performance will be conduced on the following US Army Stuttgart Facilities at Patch Barracks, Kelley Barracks, Panzer Kaserne, Robinson Barracks, Stuttgart Army Air Field, and a warehouse in Weilimdorf. The contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, equipment, transportation, personnel and supervision to perform the services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), term and conditions stated herein and in accordance with industry standards. A single or multiple awards may be awarded from this Solicitation. Offerors may submit a custodial service proposal for a "Part A" or "Part B" services or for both parts of this Solicitation. "Part A" custodial services include routine office cleaning of Installation and Administrative buildings and occupying offices, other than non-Administrative buildings, and buildings associated with Training and Education. "Part A" services are inclusive of CLIN 0001 through CLIN 0009 and their associated option year CLINS (1001 thru 1009, 2001 thru 2009, 3001 thru 3009). "Part B"custodial services include cleaning services that may be non routine in nature. Buildings associated with "Part B" Child Development Centers (CDCs), Gymnasium and Fitness Centers, and High-use Administrative buildings with offices that are occupied beyond regular business hours, including nights and weekends, or receive a high volume of walk-in traffic. "Part B" services are inclusive of CLIN 0010 through CLIN 0018 and their associated option year CLINS (1010 thru 1018, 2010 thru 2018, 3010 thru 3018). This requirement is for one (1) Base Year plus three (3) Option Years. Anticipated Phase In period: 06 - 30 June 2011 Anticipated Base Period: 01 July 2011 through 30 June 2012 Anticipated 1st Option Period: 01 July 2012 through 30 June 2013 Anticipated 2nd Option Period: 01 July 2013 through 30 June 2014 Anticipated 3rd Option Period: 01 July 2014 through 30 June 2015 The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about Monday, 8 March 2011 A site visit is planned for: 16 March 2011 at 09:00 meeting at the RCO on Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart. Work performed from the resulting contract must comply with all current applicable laws, rules and regulations of specific local nation where is being performed.
