- PWS for Network Training (including Appendix A) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Network Training Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of network training services. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) FA8100-11-Q-0007. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. Contractor is required to sign this document (see page 2) and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to furnish and deliver all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. Proposal Submission Information: The proposal in response to this RFQ must be submitted to the Contracting Specialist on or before 4:00PM Central Standard Time, 07 Mar 2011.
