Description

This attachment includes the Statement of Work and Floor Plans for equipment specification and placement. This is a market survey for information ONLY and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. Capabilities information is being requested for the following commercial services and equipment; a dry blast system, complete with blast room and associated equipment, for the mechanical cleaning of paint from aircraft and aircraft component parts surfaces using E-Strip GPX Starch Blast Media, Type VII. Please read the DRAFT Statement of Work, dated 16 February 2011 (Attachment #1) for the specifications sought. A diagram of the area where the requested equipment is to be located is also included (Attachment #2). A Site Visit will be scheduled for those interested at a later date.
