Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, MI is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for window washing services throughout the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS Code 561790, size standard $7.0 million. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, management, transportation, supplies, and equipment in order to provide annual window washing services to all buildings, trailers, parking structures, and smoking shelters located on the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System Campus, Contract performance period is Date of Award through September 30, 2011 with four (4) additional one (1) year option periods, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitations are due no later than 3:00 PM (EST) on March 18, 2011.
