See attached, and below Q&A info. Q: Is there an incumbent? Could you please provide the incumbent's contract number? A: The incumbent is VRC, Inc. The contract number is W9133L-06-P-0048. Q: Is the incumbent contractor an 8(a) certified vendor? A: Yes. Q: Is the Incumbent eligible for re-bid? A: No. The Government inadvertently provided an incorrect contract number for the incumbent contract, and has corrected this error as shown above.
