- Description
- The ERDC Coastal Hydraulics Laboratory requires Sedimeters 2A to be in new condition and include less than 1mm sediment meters constructed to current military specifications. LINDORM, Inc. is currently the only vendor producing Sedimeters 2A to current military specs with less than 1mm sediment meters. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a Sole Source. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist by 4:30pm CST, Monday, March 14, 2010.
