Description

RFQ/SPQ NSN: 8040-00-776-9605 GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for one National Stock Number (NSN) in the FSC 8040. The SPQ period will be 3/14/2011 (or date of award) not to exceed one year from the start date. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery or less. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, price and/or delivery.
