- Milk and Dairy for Ft Campbell Various military activities in fort Campbell, Kentucky require delivery of an indefinite quantity of milk and dairy products beginning September 4, 2011 through August 31, 2013. Activities will be divided into the following groups. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis with price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. Contract period will be for 24 months. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offerors. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation date is approximately March 2011. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS in order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations/. From the DIBBS homepage, choose DLA BSM Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) Search and then type in the solicitation number.
