Description
Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1314, IQC11061009049, 6350-01-542-9955, Control, Alarm. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is TEZ and the end item is Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Critical application applies. Approved sources of supply are Kidde Technologies Inc. CAGE 05BU0 part number 421696, Force Protection Industries CAGE 1EFH8 part number 10009101 or AM General LLC CAGE 34623 part number 6031433. Surge and sustainment is required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 84 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 21 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 21 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 84 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 168 each. The Requested delivery is 45 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on March 25, 2011 with a closing date of April 25, 2011. Clause L17C05 52.217-9023 "Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source" applies.
