Solicitation {\rtf1\ansi\deff0{\fonttbl{\f0\fswiss\fprq2\fcharset0Calibri;}{\f1\fnil\fcharset0 Courier New;}}{\colortbl ;\red255\green0\blue0;\red0\green0\blue255;}{\*\generator Msftedit5.41.21.2500;}\viewkind4\uc1\pard\lang1033\f0\fs22 Notice of intent toaward a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1,Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services WillSatisfy Agency Requirements, to BAE Systems Science & Technology Inc.for the Commercial Fire Control Computer (CFCC) sustainment program forthe F-16 CFCC Line Replaceable Units (LRU) until the organicsteam\rquote s capabilities meet operational and training missionrequirements. The sustainment services needed include: debug and repaircapability of the CFCC hardware/software, configuration management, andobsolescence management of the system including the subcomponents,software engineering support for integration with future SoftwareCapabilities Upgrades (SCU), assist the upgrade of the Improved AvionicsIntermediate Shop (IAIS) system that will eventually support CFCC andthe option to lease a HAVOC tester. Specifically, the contractor mustdevelop, implement, and manage a sustainment program that supports F-16CFCC program requirements under secure conditions, while providingaccurate program data to identify equipment and process anomaliesneeding improvement. The government intends to award the contract witha base year and up to four (4) option years to be evaluated at the timeof award. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement andproposal which shall be considered by the agency.
