- Questions /Government Response: - All questions should be submitted to Peter Snedeker, peter.snedeker@us.army.mil on or before 10 March 2011. - Submitted questions will be presented at Industry Day. However, every question may not receive an immediate response. - No Questions related to a companys specific weapon design/information will be entertained during Industry Day. - No one-on-one sessions will be afforded during the event. - Contractors are directed not to bring any proposal items or material to the event. Procedure for Admittance: Admittance to Industry day will be limited to all interested companies which possess small arms manufacturing capabilities and/or weapon designs - North American Industry Classification System Code 332994: Small Arms Manufacturing. No more than three (3) members per company will be admitted. - Companies must register each individual member with Peter Snedeker, peter.snedeker@us.army.mil and identify citizenship for each no later than March 25th, 2011. - If a company is going to be represented by a third party representative not employed with the company, notification shall be supplied to the Government by the prime company. The prime party and third party shall be treated as one (1) entity and must share the three (3) seats amongst the members. - Any individual that has not been pre-approved Shall NOT Be Admitted. - All companies must submit an approved DD2345, completed AMSTA 1350, and signed NDA. The purpose of this Industry day is for pre-proposal planning. The objective is to provide potential bidders the opportunity to ask questions regarding the draft RFP and its contents. Absolutely, no hardware will be permitted at Industry Day. Export Control: - Foreign companies and contractors representing foreign companies that want to attend Industry day will only be permitted if the proper export licenses are in effect prior to the event. Contractors shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding export-controlled items, including, but not limited to, the requirement for Contractors to register with the Department of State in accordance with the ITAR.
