Sources Sought SubcontractingOpportunities REFERENCE NUMBER: N65236-10-R- 0088 **LARGE BUSINESSES DO NOT NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE** NOTE: The acquisition strategy for the above cited solicitation number is full and open competition. This Market Survey is issued for the purpose of assessing Small Business capabilities for potential subcontracting opportunities and/or potential parallel small business set-aside/allocation of effort. Small Business firms having the capabilities to perform the tasking listed below are encouraged to reply to this Market Survey. This is a market survey is for Information Assurance & Cyber Security. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC-LANT) is soliciting information from potential sources to provide engineering and technical services for Information Operations (IO), Information Assurance (IA) and Information Warfare (IW), and Cyber Security in the following areas: Technical services in support of operational requirements issued by the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM), Fleet Operational Commands, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Military Health Systems, Army and Navy Medicine, the Naval Security Group, the U.S. Special Operations Command, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, as well as other Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Agencies including, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of State, the Department of Veteran Affairs, the Department of Homeland Security and others. Technical responsibilities include support for U.S. tactical and strategic operations with emphasis on Information Operations (IO), Information Assurance (IA) and Information Warfare (IW). The Information Assurance Engineering Division of SSC LANT anticipates significant growth in the areas of IO/IA/IW support for DoD, federal and state agencies. Additionally, significant growth is also anticipated for network infrastructure support for military and federal health systems. The attached Sources Sought document provides additional details and instructions. The closing time for responses is 2:00pm, 24 March 2011.
