- NSN 1680-01-496-6632, PR number 40125829, HARNESS ASSEMBLY, RESTRAINT used on the AH-64 helicopter. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is April 5, 2011 with a CLOSING DATE of May 05, 2011. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 174 each with a 100% quantity option to be shipped to Tracy, CA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). Approved sources are CONAX FLORIDA CORPORATION, CAGE 62323, P/N 930080-3, and BAE SYSTEMS AEROSPACE & DEFENSE GROUP INC., CAGE 54786, P/N 103525-11. Terms and Conditions are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 229 days After Receipt of Order. This is a life support item with critical application, higher level inspection, and production lot testing requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
