Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to negotiate and issue a Purchase Order to Logan Radio Inc 1601 Nashville St Russellville,KY for rental of antenna space covering the Russellville, KY area for an anticipated 6 month base period (4/1/2011-9/30/2011) and four 12-month Option periods from 10/01/2011 through 09/30/2015. The requirement is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by providing a written response or quote to this synopsis to this office. The Government will consider all written responses received no later than 10:00 AM EDT, March 15, 2011. Response(s) must include sufficient documentation to establish capability to fulfill the requirement that is more advantageous to the Government. Documentation must establish that the contractor or interested party can accommodate IRS needs and must include the proposed monthly rate, location, and antenna mount height available
