Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0010 on a sole source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC). This effort shall include the non-recurring efforts (NRE) and recurring efforts (RE) required to develop, analyze and manufacture design improvements for corrosion improvement initiatives on various MH60R components and systems. Tasks included the update of production drawings, incorporation of changes into the production line, the associated ILS support and the associated engineering change proposal (ECP). This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SAC alone has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
