This noticeof intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The solicitationis sole source to CFMI (Cage Code 58828) due to lack of sufficientdata/specifications. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which theGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source underthe authority of FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit acapability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be consideredby the agency. One or more of these items under this acquisition issubject to the Free Trade Agreements. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors orpotential Offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition.
