- NSN 1560-00-414-7819, 45N SKIN, AIRCRAFT, EA-6B ACFT, PR# 40473341,P/N:1128B40378-19; this is a critical application item and configuration control applies. This is not a Critical Safety application item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. The approved source is NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORPORATION CAGE 59U82/61174. The government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options order against BOA N00383-06-G-067B. The letter solicitation will be issued on 31 March 2011 and will close on 29 April 2011. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Any manufacturer other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Inc., CAGE 61174, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request package for evaluation for future procurements.
