Description

This acquisition is for a Four (4) year Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity contract, consisting of a One (1) year base and Three (3) One-Year option periods for the Vest, Survival Aircrewman's (Airsave): Pocket, General. The National Stock Number associated with this acquisition include 8415-01-569-4123. Items are to be made in accordance with the applicable drawings: 3561AS318 Rev E and NAWC-PD-29611A, dated Dec 6, 2006. All material shall be contractor furnished. The base year consists of a minimum quantity of 3,008 and a maximum quantity of 15,038. The three option periods consist of a minimum quantity of 1,290 and a maximum quantity of 6,450. Annual estimated quantity for the base year is 12,030 and annual estimated quantities for the three option periods is 5,160. Deliveries are FOB Destination and the destinations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Production Lead-Time (PLT) is 180 days. First Article Testing is required. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be utilized.
