- Bid Schedule Statement Of Work (SOW) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Information (RFI), solicitation number DAFBWIFI. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517210. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees to be considered as a small business. General Wage Decision # 05-2907 Revision 12 dated 09/21/2010 applies to this acquisition and can be found at http://www.wdol.gov/. Offerors must provide an affirmative technical proposal outlining their specifications on how they will meet the specific requirements as outlined in SOW. Note: Some of the information below is what will be included on the Official RFQ. This is a Request for information (RFI) only. No award will be given at the conclusion of this Solicitation. Information supplied by contractors will be used to shape the governments SOW, and RFQ. The vendor that is selected will be required to enter into a non-exclusive franchise agreement, obtain a base access letter and license agreement to use property on Dover AFB. Requirement is for Wi-Fi service on Dover AFB, Delaware IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) shown in Attachment A. Please provide your quote in accordance with the bid schedule shown in Attachment B. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40, DFARS DCN 20100430, AFFARS AFAC 2010-0402. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the site visit to gain a clear understanding of the potential requirements which will be held on 1 P.M. 30 March 2011 Eastern Standard Time (EST) at the 436 Contracting Office, Dover Air Force Base. To attend the site visit, you must send the full individual/company name with a current drivers license number to SSgt Roddy at the above referenced email address. On the day of the site visit all attendees must have a current vehicle insurance card to drive on DAFB. You must submit the names to SSgt. Roddy no later than 12 P.M. EST on 25 March 2011. Please include a cell phone number for a cell phone that will be carried on the site visit date. All questions will be answered during the site visit. Answers to these question may be used to create the Request For Quote at a later date. Additionally, the Government will accommodate another site visit when RFQ is posted if requested.
