Description

P-8A fuel vapor sensor by Boeing. Request for quote N00421-11-T-0158 is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Boeing Inc under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information received.
