- SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR SF 330 1. Provide professional MEP architectural and engineering services necessary for various projects at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Provide professional services necessary for the design of various in-house and nonrecurring maintenance (NRM) construction projects at this Medical Center that are primarily multi-discipline engineering in nature. Services to include, but are not limited to conceptual design, preliminary designs, working drawings and specifications, cost estimating, site visits, miscellaneous reports, and construction period services. Area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 100 mile radius of the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. VA intends to award a contract for a period of one (1) year with four (4) additional option periods of one (1) year each. Total fees paid under the resultant contract shall not exceed $2,000,000 for all five years. The Government is uncertain as to the number of work orders that will be placed against the contract during the term of the contract. The guaranteed minimum value for the contract period is $5,000. Maximum individual work order value is $500,000. Award of individual work orders is contingent upon project funding. Selection criteria will be based on the following in descending order of importance: a. Team Proposed b. Proposed Design Approach c. Previous Experience of Proposed Team d. Estimating Effectiveness e. Miscellaneous Experience and Capabilities f. Project Control g. Proposed Management Plan h. Sustainable Design i. Location and Facilities of Working Offices j. Awards k. Insurance and Litigation 2. A/E firms, which meet the requirements listed in this announcement, are invited to submit two (2) copies of the completed Standard Form (SF) 330 no later than noon (4:00 PM) April 18, 2011.
