Description

DLA Distribution has a requirement for a six month continuation of warehouse support services under their current contract, SP3300-10-C-0015. The current service provider, Goldbelt Wolf, LLC, will fulfill this requirement by continuing to provide services at DLA Maritime Supply, Storage, and Distribution Operations, Norfolk, VA through 30 November 2011. DLA Distribution intends to issue a modification to Contract SP3300-10-C-0015 under the authority of FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services (Nov 1999) to provide continued warehouse support services not to exceed six months. This modification is a sole source modification under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source/a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted after the execution of the modification. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 493110 and the size standard is $25.5M. To receive an award resulting from solicitations issued after May 31, 1998, your company must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
