Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO) has a requirement to procure the integration, test, and delivery of an Organizational-Level Electronic Warfare Test Program Set (OEWTPS) software package to be utilized in conjunction with the Joint Service Electronic Combat Services Tester (JSECST) and the Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures (SIRFC) systems on the 160 th Special Operation Aviation Regiment (Airborne) (SOAR(A)) MH-60 Aircraft. USSOCOM intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee contract to AAI Corporation operating in Hunt Valley, MD. Shipments will be FOB Origin to Lexington, KY. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR.6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The Government does not possess and cannot furnish the technical data required to develop engineering descriptions, technical data packages, or specifications necessary to permit full and open competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
