Description

Perform sidewalk cleaning, graffiti removal, tree care, landscaping, pedestrian lighting, street furniture maintenance and eyesore abatement for the GSA properties located at the Byrne/Green Complex at 600 Arch Street & The Robert N. C. Nix, Sr. Federal Courthouse/USPO at 900 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA. These services are being solicited in conjunction with the City of Philadelphia's Good Neighbor Policy and will be a sole source procurement to be awarded directly to Center City District, 600 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. This synopsis is issued for informational purposes only. 'The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this sysnopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.'
