Description
Telephone Conduit Systems Statement of Work Detail Drawing of Mezzanine Comm Room Blueprints of Bldg 2610 Passive Telecommunication System (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for Quote (RFQ) F3F3Q11082AC01 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a RFQ. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50 and through Department of Defense Acquisition Regulation Change Notice 20110317. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/vffar1.htm (iv) This procurement is being issued as full and open competition. North American Industrial Classification Standard: 335921; Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees (v) CLIN (0001): 3 EA- Provide and install FODP in Main CER, and two other comm. rooms CLIN (0002): 6 EA- Provide and install racks in each comm. room CLIN (0003): 3 EA- Provide and install FOC tie cables from main comm. room (4507R-E) to the 3 comm. rooms and terminate in FODP CLIN (0004): 1 EA- Provide and install 3-each 25pr. Copper cable to each of 3 CER's and punch down CLIN (0005): 1,216 EA-Provide and install 1,216 CAT-6 drops in groups of four to 304 locations. Also include: Provide and install patch panels each comm. room (vi) FOB-Destination for delivery to: 1030 LIBERATOR ST, MOUNTAIN HOME AFB ID 83648-5442. Delivery NLT 15 APR 2011. Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control (QC). (vii) The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be based on All or None and Price. (viii) The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4 addendum is also included. (a) The following FAR provision is added to FAR 52.212-1: 52.237-1, Site Visit (Apr 1984) (b) SITE VISIT: (a) A site visit is scheduled for March 30th from 1300hrs-1500hrs (1pm to 3pm). The purpose of the site visit is to improve the understanding of the government requirements. (b) Attendees will meet at the Visitors Center, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648 no later than 1300.
