- The 802nd Contracting Squadron, at Lackland AFB, TX. intends to award a Sole Source acquisition with Starzz Management, 8393 Capwell Drive, Suite 220, Oakland, CA 94623, for the acquisition of Postal Services. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to award to one source under the authority of FAR 13.501. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within two business days after date of publication of his notice. This contract which will allow the Government time to properly prepare the Postal Services solicitation number FA3047-10-R-0009 to be issued and awarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Proposals may be via fax (210) 671-1199 or e-mail shirley.jones@lackland.af.mil, or mailed to Ms Shirley Jones, 802nd CONS/LGCBA, 1655 Selfridge Avenue, Lackland AFB, TX 78236-5253. Oral proposals will not be accepted.
