- Southern Regional Contracting Office-East has a requirement for a firm fixed price commercial contract for a Cart Washer/Disinfector at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Ga. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.The solicitation will be issued on or about 31 March 2011 with a closing date on or about 15 April 2011 issued through FedBizopps via Army to Single Face Industry. Award evaluation will be made on or about 20 April 2011. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest price technically acceptable as determined by the end user.
