- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Lander Delineated Area: The city limits of Lander, Wyoming with immediate and direct access to Hwy 287 or Hwy 789. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,000 usf Office 8,080 usf Warehouse 80,000 sf Wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,300 usf Office 8,888 usf Office 80,000 sf Wareyard Space Type: Office, Warehouse, and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 122 Parking Spaces (Surface): 122 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 10 The Government is considering alternative space only if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
