- Sample Client Notification Letter Sample Bank Notification Letter Business Management Questionnaire BOP Subcontracting Plan Solicitation Document Statement of Work, June 2010 - No Masters Required The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services, mental health treatment services, and medication monitoring for male and female inmates confined in the GeoCare Reality House and on home confinement. The location where services are to be provided shall be within a ten (10) mile radius of the Residential Reentry Center (RRC) GeoCare Reality House, 405 E. Washington Street, Brownsville, Texas 78520 and within 600 meters of a public transportation route. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on June 1, 2011 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on May 31, 2016. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated June 2010. The request for quotation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date is on April 19, 2011 at 3:00 pm Central time. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
