Description
Revised RFP This amendment is incorporated in this solicitation AG-3K06-S-11-0010 and addresses questions received in response to the solicitation. Question 1: In section E, starting on page 10 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), we appear to be missing subsection III. We have subsection I (Pass/Fail Criteria, page 10), subsection II (Weighted Criteria, page 11) and paragraphs 1 (Selection Test) and 2 (Understanding the Requirement of the Performance Work Statement and Technical Approach). Then we appear to skip the beginning of subsection III. On page 12, we start with paragraph 2 (Past Performance). Where is paragraph 1 for subsection III and what is it called? On page 12 we have subsections IV and V. Is this just a problem with labeling and is all the right information there or are we missing something? Response: All of the information is there. This is only a problem with labeling/numbering. The revised RFP with corrected labeling/numbering is attached. Question 2: Do you require in either the commercial or the technical proposal any information at all on my company? If yes, please advise which proposal it should be included in. Response: While not requested or required by the RFP, the offeror should include any information it believes will help demonstrate its ability to meet the government's needs. This information should be in the technical proposal. Question 3: Do you require in either the commercial or the technical proposal any descriptions of the software products we're including in the offer? If yes, please advise which proposal it should be included in. Response: While not requested or required by the RFP, the offeror should include any information it believes will help demonstrate its ability to meet the government's needs. This information should be in the technical proposal.
