Description

The United States Government seeks to negotiate a new lease for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration. The proposed lease shall be located within the following area of delineation: North Boundary - Wilshire Blvd. to SR-2, South on SR-2 to I-405, South on I-405 to I-10, West on I-10 South Boundary - Manchester Ave. East Boundary - La Brea Blvd. West Boundary - Lincoln Blvd. The Government requires a minimum of 65,007 ANSI/BOMA office and related space. On-site parking spaces for 200 government vehicles shall be provided. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and must be fully-serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space needs to be ready for occupancy by December 1, 2012. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Subleases are not acceptable.
