- Solicitation for Offers Dear Offeror: Enclosed please find Solicitation for Offer 0SC2003 including all attachments. This package represents the requirements for the Government to lease approximately 4,364 rentable square feet of office and related space in North Charleston, SC. The package contains: Procurement Integrity Form Solicitation Provisions Form 3516A Government's General Clauses Form 3517 Representations and Certifications Form 3518 GSA Form 1217 GSA Form 1364 SFO Attachment #1 Rate Structure SFO Attachment #2 Authorization and Release to Obtain Past Performance SFO Attachment #3 Construction Schedule SFO Attachment #4 Offeror Has Read SFO and etc. SFO Attachment #5 Prelease Exhibit Fire Protection and Life Safety ACH Vendor/ Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form The SFO, General Clauses, Representations and Certifications, and other special requirements become part of the Government lease. In preparing your offer, please refer to SFO Paragraph 3.0, "How to Offer". A complete offer must contain the requested forms properly completed, signed and/or initialed. A DUNS Number must be submitted before the Government will execute a lease. The offeror must also register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System prior to lease award. Offeror registration should be a priority.
