Description
The Government intends to issue a solicitation for Systems Support Representaives to provide training, develop and present briefings, install and upgrade software, and provide maintenance of military specific computer systems to include but not limited to PFPS/Falconview, MPS, JMPS, XPLAN, JPADS/I-CDS, DCGS, and other systems and ancillary equipment as detailed in the Performance-Based Work Statement. The Government has estimated the need for 64 personnel located throughout the United States and its territories. The subject solicitation is being issued as 100% HUBZone set-aside. Proposal evaluation will be based on "Best Value" criteria established in the solicitation. Personnel working under any resulting contact shall be required to hold Secret or Top Secret clearances depending on the position held. Personnel must have appropriate clearances prior to starting work. Acquiring and maintaining clearances are the responsibility of the awardee. Any awardee will be required to have a Top Secret Facility Clearance. Personnel working under any resulting contract may be required to support weekend or other stateside exercises as additional or contigency hours. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price contract for non-personal services which includes provisions for additional hours and travel expenses. The Government reserves the right to make one award, more than one award or no award at all and to alter the CLIN structure to best meet the needs of the Government. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about 20 April 2011 for a period of 30 days. Any information contained in this synopsis is subject to change throughout the procurement process.
