The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk Office, Norfolk VA intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract for a Oshkosh 600/1200 Akron Turret and Spot/Flood Light CLR 12 for use at Naval Station Rota. The parts will be acquired on a sole source basis from Oshkosh Corporation of Oshkosh, Wisconsin in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 “ Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
