- Office of Acquisition and Property ManagementU.S. Department of the Interior Procurement ConferenceProject Number: D11PS18990 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL QUALIFIED VENDORS WHO CAN PROVIDE CONFERENCE CENTER SUPPORT SERVICES IN THE DENVER-AURORA, CO METROPOLITAN STATISTICAL AREA. The Department of Interior (DOI), National Business Center (NBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), Herndon Office on the behalf of the Office of Acquisition and Property Management (PAM), is soliciting qualified firms to submit responses to a Request for Proposal for Hotel Conference Center Support Services. The PAM Office provides executive level leadership in the areas of acquisition and Federal assistance (grants and cooperative agreements); real, museum and personal property; government furnished quarters; space management; energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy programs; motor vehicle fleet management; alternative fueled vehicles; integrated charge card program; and electronic commerce and related automated systems. The Office coordinates policy development and promotes business professionalism through program evaluation and guidance, support to capital planning, and through advocacy and support for program and bureau operations in all of its functional areas. The objective of this acquisition is to purchase Hotel Conference Center Support Services. The Acquisition Services Directorate intends to issue this requirement as a firm fixed price competitive purchase order to all qualified vendors via FedBizOpps. The NAICS code for this requirement is, 721110 "Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels", size standard $7 Million. The hotel must have the following requirements: 1. Be compliant with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990, 15 U.S.C. 2201 et seq, (Public Law 101-391) and hold a FEMA certification number; 2. Be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12101 et seq. (ADA); and 3. Have one of the following ratings: First class or higher per the Official Hotel Guide; three diamonds or higher per AAA; three crowns or higher per the OAG Business Travel Planner. This is NOT a small business set-aside. It is a full and open competition using simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible hotels may submit a quote that will be considered by the Government.
