- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon event: 1) July 27-31, 2011. It is anticipate to require 425 rooms and accommodate up to 900 persons. The Hotel must be within 10 miles of San Diego International Airport(SAN), CA. The Hotels must be rated 3-star or Higher by the guest ratings at www. Hotels.com. Full details will be provided in the solicitation. Solicitation will be available on or about 12 April 2011. Proposals are due Friday, 06 May 2011 at 11:30 am (PST). This acquisition is Unrestricted with no set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721110. Performance period is 15-21 March 2011. Solicitation W9124N-11-T-0048 will be available on or about 07 April 2011 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (https://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
