- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, DFARS Change Notice 20090115, this solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 423130 and small business size standard is 100 employees Fort Leonard Wood, MO requires the following items. There are 1contract line item numbers (CLINs). CLIN: 0001 - 700 each - Pirelli P-Zero All Season Tire, Size: P235/55ZR17, Tread wear: 400, Traction: AA, Temperature: A,: Brand Name Only Delivery address is TACOM SPT OFFICE 20W Street and Alabama Ave Bldg 950, Fort Leonard Wood, and MO 65473. Quotations shall be priced separately for each CLIN to include delivery. Award will be made for all or none. FAR 19.502-2(c) For small business set-asides other than for construction or services, any concern proposing to furnish a product that it did not itself manufacture must furnish the product of a small business manufacturer unless the SBA has granted either a waiver or exception to the nonmanufacturer rule (see 19.102(f)). If exact item is not quoted (see FAR 52.212-1(b)(4)) a specification sheet or other information must be provided that provides sufficient detail for the United States to determine whether or not the substituted product(s) quoted can satisfy the need. This is will be a Firm Fix Price Requirement IDIQ Contract for the Evasive Driving Course on Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. Payment will be made by Government Credit Card; Ordering for the requirements will be placed by an ordering officer. Ordered shall be delivered within five days of the order being place with the contractor. Tire must be free of zero defect upon receipt of delivery of each order. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) Price, 2) Technical Acceptability/ conformance to salient characteristics, 3) Delivery. Award will be based upon the vendor offering the lowest evaluated price.
