Description
This is for a firm fixed price 5 year Requirements contract with a basic year ordering period and 4 each out year ordering periods for the repair of the following two each items: NSN: 6610-99-593-8834UC; NOUN: Standby Attitude Indicator (SAI); P/N: 39220-01-01; BEST ESTIMATED QUANTITY (BEQ): basic and each out year ordering period have a BEQ of 45 each. FUNC: The SAI (CLIN 0001) is a backup flight display on the C-5 aircraft. Pilots can cross reference the display for flight information and use it in the event the primary flight display fails. The SAI is solid state and self-contained; it provides pitch and roll, airspeed, mach, and bit status information. HEIGHT: 3.27"; WIDTH: 3.27"; DEPTH 4.724"; WEIGHT 4 lbs; MATL: Aluminum alloy. DLVY: 60 days after receipt of funded order or reparable assets, whichever is later. NSN: 6610-99-131-6575UC; NOUN Air Data Unit (ADU); P/N: 27100-01-01. BEQ: basic and each out year ordering period have a BEQ of 45 each. FUNC: The ADU (CLIN 0002) is applicable to the C-5 aircraft, receives pilot and static pressures, and calculates altitude, airspeed, and mach information that are displayed on the SAI. HEIGHT: 3.2"; WIDTH: 3.2"; DEPTH 5.6"; WEIGHT 1.433 lbs; MATL: Aluminum alloy. DLVY: 60 days after receipt of funded order or reparable assets, whichever is later. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 06 MAY 2011 with the approximate response date of 06 JUNE 2011. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only.
