- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a modification to an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 with the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office on an other than full and open competitive basis for the integration of Block B3.01/B4.01 and supporting software and hardware into 13 MV-22 training devices. Tasks include installing, integrating, aligning, and testing upgraded software and hardware. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements.
