Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), VISN 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Market Strategies, of Livonia, MI for computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) services HSR&D-funded plain language prostate cancer decision aid. NAICS 541910 applies, the large business size standard is $7.0 million. The Contractor shall deliver to the VAAAHS, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, for the period from date of award through September 30, 2011 with one (1) additional pre-priced option year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely with the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:30 on May 12, 2011. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to VAAAHS, Attn; Karlyn Kucans (54C), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
