Description
This is an unrestricted procurement, Request for Proposal (RFP). NSN: 5962-01-312-9473, Digital Microcircuit. Approved Source is Raytheon Technical Service (3B150) P/N 259176-6; Raytheon Systems LTD (Electronic (K5533) P/N 259176-6 IAW Drawing NR 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC, Qty for 58 each. FOB: Destination: Inspection and Acceptance at Destination; Delivery Schedule: 300 days after receipt of order. Incremental pricing is requested. Traceability Documentation in Accordance with DSCC 52.246-9C27 applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Copies of this solicitation will be available at the DSCC website: http://dibbs..bsm.dla.mil on the issue date of this solicitation. Hard copies of this Solicitation are not available. The small business size is 500 employees. Specification plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of U.S.C.2304 (C) (1). Approved sources are: Raytheon Technical Service (3B150) P/N 259176-6; Raytheon Systems LTD Electronic (K5533) P/N 259176-6 IAW Drawing NR 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC. While price maybe a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as describe in the solicitation. Various increments solicited: 1-20 each; 21- 40 each; 41-58 each. Based on Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the describe supplies or service. However, interested parties may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The anticipated issue date of this solicitation is May 10, 2011. Offerors must download the solicitation and submit their proposal to the address provided in block 8 of the RFP (Request for Proposal).
