Description
The purpose of this notice is to modify the below presolicitation notice originally posted on January 3, 2011. The minimum square footage of the requirement has been reduced. The Government requires between 23,413 ABOA - 24,548 ABOA Square Feet. State: District of Columbia City: Washington Delineated Area: Central Employment Area of Washington, DC including NoMA, Southwest Waterfront and Parkside (a detailed map shall be made available on request) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,413 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,548 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: None Offered space must be contiguously located on no more than two (2) floors. The space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered 6) Asking rental rate range per RSF (based on GSA Warm Lit Shell and Tenant Improvement Allowance of $42.08 per USF) 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
