Description: Support services for cleaning of oil spill events in the area of USAG Heidelberg, Southern Germany. This action will result in a Requirements IDIQ (-D-)-contract. Contractor will have to provide all manpower, service trucks and material for removal of oil spills, soil with oil residues etc. in the area of the USAG Heidelberg. A short response time will be part of the solicitation. Offerors must provide registration documents required by German law and regulations. The exact solicitation issued date is not known by now. Planned dates are SOL out 05 May 2011, SOL due 05 June 2011.
