- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-11-Q-Q652 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. This RFQ, N00104-11-Q-Q652, is for Hewlett Packard (HP) Blade servers and other associated hardware. The Ship To is SUBMEPP located at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME 03904. This RFQ is issued on an unrestricted basis with a North American Industrial Classification System number of 334111 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000. Anticipated award will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), FOB destination. Product delivery shall be within 30 days ARO. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Quotes will only be considered from authorized HP Federal resellers. Please provide you HP Federal authorization letter with your quote submission. The attachment is a Brand Name justification for the HP hardware. Attached is an Excel spreadsheet consisting of five pages/tabs; please make sure you quote on all five pages. There is a total of 80 line items. The hardware must be in new, unused condition and the packaging seal unbroken. Submission of quotes is due by 5:00 PM Eastern, 6 May 2011, and shall be valid for 30 days.
