Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, N00104-11-Q-Q700, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Contracting Officer intends to solicit small business authorized resellers of the listed products. The Naval Inventory Control Point-Mechanicsburg has a requirement for equipment to be used in a Video Wall; see the attached file for the required products and quantities. Brand name only; see attached J&A for details. Delivery and acceptance is at the NAVSSES Attn: Russ Leinbach, 5001 S. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19112. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-50 and DFARS Change Notice 20110419. The associated NAICS code is 334310. Offeror must complete and submit with its proposal, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items and DFARs 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-- The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
