- NAICS 238390 - Re-caulk approximately 18,972 linear feet of vertical and horizontal precast concrete panel seams and joints at the William Guy Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, 220 E. Rosser Ave., Bismarck, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on May 13, 2011. Work to be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimate range is $100,000 to $250,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business.
