- DOE/NNSA Service Center in NM, has a requirement for 1) Light Capacity Electric Towing Vehicle, Qty 4; 2) Large Capacity Electric Towing Vehicle, Qty 2; 3) Electric Belt Loader Vehicle, Qty 2; and 4) Covered Baggage Carts, Qty 8.NNSA will conduct an online competitive reverse auction for this requirement which will be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. The minimum specifications and other Government requirements are listed at http://www.fedbid.com. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business participation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on www.FedBid.com on April 28, 2011. Any responsive and responsible source capable of providing this requirement may participate by registering at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com. Offerors that require special consi derations or assistance may contact the FedBid Helpdesk at 877-9FEDBID (877-933-3243) or via email at clientservices@fedbid.com. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. Partial bids will not be accepted. Award will be made in aggregate to a qualified, responsive and responsible offeror who submits all required submissions on time and is most advantageous to the Government on the basis of price, technical capability, delivery and past performance. An offer is technically acceptable if its technical capabilities conform to the Governments listed specifications.
