- SOURCE SOUGHT The VA Salt Lake City Health Care System requires Grounds Maintenance and Snow and Ice Removal Service for the facility at Gillette VA Outpatient Clinic, 604 Express Drive, Gillette, WY 82718. Services are to include Grounds Maintenance and Snow and Ice Removal. The intent is to award a best value, firm fixed price contract for these services. Period of performance is one (1) base year and up to four (4) one year options. This acquisition is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561730 Facilities Support Services, and size standard is $7.0M. It is anticipated that a Request for Proposals will be issued later this year. Work will start on or around September 2011. This Source Sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The due date for submission of this information is 4:30 PM (local time) on May 13, 2011.
