Description
1.1 TYPE OF CONTRACT This is a firm fixed price commercial items and commercial services type contract for the development, supply and installation of a turn-key television recording and broadcasting studio in Kabul, Afghanistan. It is entirely payable in the currency indicated in the paragraph 1.3.2 below. The fixed price stated in contract Section 1.3, PRICING, shall include all direct and indirect costs to include but not be limited to insurance, overhead, general and administrative expenses and profit. 1.2 TERM OF CONTRACT / PERFORMANCE PERIOD This contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days. The contractor has 90 calendar days to complete any option from the date of award. The options are binding on the contractor if exercised. 1.3 PRICING Offerors shall provide pricing for full turn-key solution, supporting their Schedule B (below) prices with a complete price breakdown (including subcontractors) showing equipment, labor categories, labor rates, the number of hours required to accomplish the work, travel, profit, and any direct and indirect overhead. The offered price shall remain valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of proposals. The Offeror's Price proposal must mirror its Technical Proposal. The Basic Package and all Options must be priced. The contractor shall provide a list of all equipment and materials necessary to execute each line item in accordance with the Statement of work. The contractor shall provide all studio design, installation, management and labor to install the broadcast studio and successfully complete all requirements set forth in the SOW in accordance with each CLIN. The contractor shall be permitted to invoice for items (CLIN's) upon determination from the COR that the installation has been successfully completed. See attached solicitation for complete details
